Africa Bitcoin Corporation (ABC) is a financial services group with deep roots in supporting SMEs across South Africa. Through our wholly-owned subsidiary, Altvest Capital Solutions, we continue to deliver a full suite of services to entrepreneurs and individuals — including credit and equity funding, insurance, wealth management, and advisory. Our purpose has always been to democratise access to alternative assets and provide sustainable financial solutions that support growth in the real economy.

At the same time, we are strengthening our balance sheet with Bitcoin—a strategic move that aligns us with one of the most transformative financial assets of our time. By accumulating and holding Bitcoin, we aim to steadily increase Bitcoin per share, giving our shareholders  exposure to Bitcoin’s long-term potential while ensuring that our legacy businesses remain strong and ring-fenced.

Altvest Credit Opportunities Fund Limited issues debt notes listed on the CTSE and is a registered credit provider with NCR no: NCRCP18241.
